What and where ?

Phoenix Therapy offers complementary therapy either in the comfort of your home on Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm and Monday evening 7.30pm to 9.00pm.  Or should you prefer a clinic based treatment you can visit Winsford Eye & Footcare, 27 Delamere Street, Winsford, CW7 2LX on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning (parking is behind the clinic).

Chair-a-size classes take place at Cuddington & Sandiway Village Hall, Norley Road, Cuddington, CW8 2LB on Monday at 10.00am (excl. Public Holidays). There is a large car park immediately in front of the hall.

What do I wear ?

There is no need for any special clothing - just loose fitting and comfortable. Any specific instructions can be found on the relevant page.

Is it suitable for me ?

Complementary therapy and exercise are generally suitable for most people, however, occasionally referral to a GP is necessary. If you are pregnant, for your own peace of mind please check with your midwife (particularly if you have any complications).
