Spinal Touch is a unique, gentle and highly effective light touch technique that aims to bring the spine into mechanical balance by realigning the body’s centre of gravity. It takes place in underwear as postural assessment is required to identify any distortion or misalignment. A series of touch points covering spine, abdomen, buttocks, shoulders and head is carried out enabling muscle release, postural correction and release of pain and tension. No oils or creams are used in this treatment.
